So it looks like the court will do a fact finding hearing. Good you have social services involved again in the meantime. They should look into both kids. They may put them on a protection plan which means they'll visit them regularly. That might help in the long term.

Thank you, I guess iys now down to how I come across on wednesdays hearing, there are a lot of discrepancies in her applications that I'll need to pick out and other things, but I guess it depends if the Judge thinks I'm a risk to my son or not, hopefully not, it's his birthday in a few weeks and I really don't want to miss it
