The way the system works is - they don’t know if you’re telling the truth or not. So they put it down to either parents arguing and hurling accusations at each other - or worse - assume you’re an abuser because you’re a man and you’re accusing the ex. Thankfully that hasn’t happened.

The thing Cafcass sometimes say is - well if xyz happened, why didn’t you go to social services? And if you didn’t they think it didn’t happen. Of course social services are just as bad and tend to ignore reported concerns about mothers.

She has actually gone down the abuse road and I haven't done anything even much so her oldest daughter don't want anything to do with her as she said she cant trust her as she could say stuff about her partner but not only that its bringing up memories from when she was removed from her mams care she was only 7, so her daughter said to me if i had a fact finding hearing she was gonna be a witness for me as she knows what her brothers are going through.
