New partner and exes ridiculous demands.

Thanks mate, yeah she made demands for me to follow or she would withhold the kids from me, as in put in writing I would not introduce my partner to the children that weekend, which I did and she still withheld contact. She even stated that she knows she's breaching the consent order. I feel it needs to go to court because she needs to be told by a judge that she can't control people's lives through contact of the kids or she will continue to do these things, she needs to learn there are consequences to her actions. Do you think I even need to send the notice then?
 
That's good then, so if she breaches again on the 17th, well when she breaches, will that count as multiple breaches in the courts eyes or is this just one breach?
 
You would just add any further breaches in a position statement, as Peanut mentioned.
 
Does legal aid run out? Cause the ex still seems to have that solicitor that she falsely obtained through legal aid.
