Witness statements

Hi, hoping someone can advise me on this. I have final hearing coming up soon with magistrates and wondered if the magistrates will get to read my original position statement as well as my final hearing witness statement? I didn’t include every detail on my final one like I did on my first statement and now worried they won’t get a full picture of the story.

Any previous position statements should be in the bundle for final hearing. Are you represented? If not, and your ex is represented, then her lawyer will be doing the bundle. If neither of you are represented, then you will need to do the bundle. Solicitors for ex's can do all kinds of dirty tricks with bundles, and leave half your documents out, but they are supposed to send you the bundle details for approval before it goes off and if any of your documents are missing you can just send them to court yourself as a supplementary bundle.
