The legal age of marriage is to be changed to 18. IMO this means Child Arrangements orders should also last until the age of 18 (as opposed to 16 as now) - this could be useful caselaw for anyone trying to enforce an order for a 15 year old. 16 is too young to be pressured into deciding to "choose" which parent to live with when they are still legally children and living at home usually.
A residence order (ie a "lives with" order) lasts until age 18 - but a "spends time with" order only lasts until age 16.
