Has anyone ever been referred for a ICFA? Seems a sensible solution to resolve family conflict and reuniting kids/parents.
I'm guessing as it's funded by cafcass (in other words tax payers) they don't like to refer too often. Wondering if it's worth my other half mentioning next time he's in court.
