Its all about a guy that essentially goes through absolute hell, but how he realises that the secret to finding hope in any situation is to find 'meaningfulness'. For a lot of us we live for the next hearing, the next visit etc- but at the same time we all have those lonely, quiet moments where nothing is happening and you wonder what on earth is going on, what the point is and all the worries descend.
