I was working it out this morning that the two MASH representatives I've spoken with are female, I've had communication with three CAFCASS representatives all female and my little ones school is 85% female staff, the safeguarders that I'm interacting with are female. Thankfully the female Judge seems to be quite clear and impartial.

Probably something and nothing but balance is prioritised in all other sectors now across gender and race with companies and industries falling over themselves to show that they have ticked all the boxes.

I have broken the school and teachers down into two distinct areas. The school give my child outstanding care and schooling. So far as which side they lean into and whether I receive unbiased communications that's a different matter.
