Thanks for this, clearly shows the flow of the process - something I've been wanting to see!
I'm currently waiting to hear from the court as to whether the first step is a FFH or not.
Does anyone know if the courts are faster / slower in Wales?

Don't rely on the timescale on the flowcharts.
Was going to joke about the 20mph zones in Wales slowing it down. Sorry dreadful joke. I'm guessing as backlogged as England too.
