1) No because then the child "lives with" both parents on an equal shared care basis
2) Yes if the child "lives with" the Mother (ie the Mother has residency), they can "spend time" with the Father including overnights whether one a week or three a week.
3) Yes
Just to elaborate. The default is usually that the Child Lives with the Mother and the standard "spends time with" order with Dad is every other week-end and one midweek night (eg 4 nights a fortnight).
If those week-ends include the Sunday night (ie Friday from school to Monday morning) then it's 5 nights a fortnight, and you can actually have "lives with" both parents/shared care for 5 nights a fortnight with Dad and 9 nights a fortnight with the Mother. The court wouldn't usually order "lives with both parents" for less than 5 nights a fortnight.
So shared care /"lives with both parents" doesn't have to be half the time with each parent - it can be unequal amounts of time. Or it can be 50/50 - ie equal amounts of time.
