I've had a thought so please bear with me...scenario
IF it is validated by the judge that I have to continue paying the mortgage on the property stbx is living in, can a clean break order still be applied for,as I'm thinking when child is 18 and potentially house sold then,would that mean if a CBO is in place the stbx won't be able to claim any monies from the sale of the property? Or can it be added to CBO stbx would receive a percentage
