Subject Access Request

Hi all.

I think this has been asked before but can anyone tell me how I get access to everything my local authority has on my daughter? I want all the notes social worker has taken etc.

What’s the process?

You should be able to find similar for your council. If you can, follow that.

I got a SAR from Cafcass within a month but with Childrens Services it has been 2 months over the due date and still waiting for the SAR from them.
