Hello everyone, is it imperative that I have a barrister represent me at my first hearing? As this is arguably one of the most important times of my life is it best to leave nothing to chance?

Thank you

Your particular circumstances - how straightforward the case is etc. Have there been any allegations? What has Cafcass recommended happens next?

She has made allegation and cafcass have recommended that until the allegations are resolved there should be no interim contact, which I disagree with wholeheartedly

Have Cafcass recommended a Section 7 or a fact find?
