Do you write a statement in response to a s7 report to the court and send via email before the next hearing or hand in a statement on the day of the hearing and discuss your views then?
You can request that factual errors are corrected before the hearing. This is through Cafcass.
Your last court order should give direction on what you do from here. If it does not. You can give your response to cafcass in the position statement for the next hearing.
It should be in the last order, whether the court has asked for position statements in response to the S7. If they haven't ordered that, you can submit a position statement anyway. You can do that for every hearing.
