I left my home with nothing I still have nothing my now ex wife has our savings everything we ever brought together she used our savings for a holiday she brought a car she kept our deposits made together
What can I do to file for a financial order of some sort

If you were married, it's part of divorce that settles finances. Have you started the divorce process yet? Some things need doing quite early on, like freezing joint bank accounts, or splitting savings etc, or she would just take the lot and when it's gone it's gone. Is there a house with equity?

Assume you have children? Are you getting to see them?
