CMS - Shared 50/50 court order

Hi all

Curious. I’ve been calling CMS most days since 2nd September regarding my 50/50 shared care.

They have now accepted my shared care and wrote to me with the new amounts I owe. However, I’ve been telling them since day zero, I don’t know what I owe anything.

They said this is common practice whilst they wait for feedback my my ex regarding who’s primary carer.

Can anyone else confirm that before they close a case, do they move you to a new finance schedule?

Nowhere does it say they’re reviewing anything with her as they said.

I finally got CMS to close case. It really is a case of persistency, hoping you get through to the right person and answering the investigation questions explaining the children have everything funded by you when they’re with you.

@RegDad90 interesting. Are you now not paying any CMS? Or still paying some CMS even with 50/50 shared care? Did they close the case due to the court order?
