A leftfield one here, but I can honestly say that I've never read a book more capable of explaining family court, separation- all of it.

Most scientists believed that the universe is based on infallible rules which can never be broken. One big gap in that theory is that we as people don't abide by the rules, we are entirely unpredictable.

This book explains things like the 'butterfly effect', and it makes so much sense- all of us have probably experienced those moments where even just one innocuous word unleashes a load of fury leaving you dazed and bewildered- this is chaos theory.

Getting a handle on this helped me loads, I don't fear the unexpected anymore because the unexpected is actually entirely expected, especially in this process we're in. It helps you to breathe more easily when the emails land, when the texts arrive, and make sense of what previous defied any attempt to make sense of...
