Hello all, CAFCASS are due to visit me in September due to this going to section 7. I have been sent the attached questions, I wondered if anyone could give me any advise please, bearing in mind I am going for shared care.

That's interesting. Have you raised issues of abuse or harm about ex then? If they send those questions to all parents who have alleged harm, it's going to invite allegations!

Hello ash, sorry I deleted the attachment for confidentiality. No I haven't raised any issues about her, she has put false allegations forward I assume this is the reason for the questions.

So it looks like they're asking both parents the same questions and your ex is bound to make a meal of things with questions like that. Yes probably best to delete the form. It does give you scope to basically say what you would like to say - there is plenty of spare space on the form. So rather than yes and no answers, you could word it so as to talk around the issues.

I'll let someone else who's had a section 7 answer that one.
